Somalia is a nation of immense potential, rich in resources and teeming with a youthful, vibrant population. However, this potential remains largely untapped, with the country grappling with numerous challenges spanning economic, social, political, and environmental domains. Over the years, various domestic and international actors have made concerted efforts to address these challenges. Yet, to transform these efforts into sustainable development and progress, a clear strategic direction is required.

• GROUP 1: Strategies for Transforming Somalia’s Security and Rule of Law Sector: This session will focus on identifying practical strategies for improving Somalia’s security situation and strengthening the rule of law.
• GROUP 2: Roadmap for Economic Transformation: Participants will discuss the economic challenges facing Somalia and brainstorm potential solutions and strategies for sustainable economic growth.
• GROUP 3: Plans for Social Transformation: This session will focus on the social issues identified in Day 1 and explore strategies to address these issues and promote social development.
• GROUP 4: Political Transformation Strategies: This group will examine the political issues facing Somalia and devise strategies to ensure political stability and strengthen democratic institutions.
• GROUP 5: Holistic Government Transformation: This session will explore the overall transformation of the government, from enhancing transparency and accountability to improving public service delivery.
Conclusion of Day 3: The day will end with each group presenting a brief summary of their key findings and proposed strategies.
